Terms & Conditions Made on the Isle of Wight Limited is a limited company based on the Isle of Wight, off the South coast of England. We only stock and sell products that have been grown, made or manufactured on the Isle of Wight.

Our Terms and Conditions specify the terms of your agreement with Made on the Isle of Wight Limited, the use of our website (www.madeonisleofwight.com) and all orders that you make with us via our website or through other means. Please read these carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. By ordering via our website you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.

Once you have found the products you like, select any options and click on the “Add to basket” button beside each item.
Repeat the process for each item you would like to buy.
Once you have finished shopping you can review the items in your shopping basket. You can then choose to return to the sale pages to add more items or remove individual items if you have changed your mind.
Once you are happy with your selection proceed to the checkout where you will be asked to select shipping and enter your payment and personal details.
Deliveries
We aim to dispatch all items within 48 hours of receiving your order. If we do not have the stock on hand at that time we will immediately contact our supplier and will inform you accordingly as to a dispatch date.
Items that are requested to be delivered to UK addresses will be dispatched using Royal Mail or Courier. A Courier will deliver items that are requested to be delivered outside the UK.
Made on the Isle of Wight will be responsible for the selection of the Courier to ensure the speediest possible delivery of all items.
Standard UK delivery £4.95 (3-4 working days)
UK Express delivery £8.50 (2 working days)
Europe standard delivery £15.00 (5-8 working days)
Rest of World £18.00 (time to be advised)
For delivery of items to the Rest of the World, the purchaser will be notified by email of the estimated delivery time.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Made on the Isle of Wight will do everything that it can to ensure the safe delivery of all items, but cannot accept responsibility for the non-delivery of goods outside of the UK.
Delivery lead times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.
If you require your order by a specific date please inform us at the time of placing the order and we will do everything that we can to meet this requirement
Collection in person is free and we would be delighted to meet you! We can sometimes deliver certain items within the Isle of Wight, so please call us.
Some items, particularly heavy, large or fragile items may require a higher shipping charge and in such circumstances, we will inform you by email prior to dispatch.
Weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible.
All transaction details are encrypted and are stored on a secure server. In the event of payment refusal we will contact you via phone or email.
Payment
All transactions are in £ sterling. Payments are made via credit or debit cards, subject to authority from the card issuer.
When placing your order over the internet your details are transmitted over a secure network connection and we never see your card details, ensuring your personal protection.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. Made on the Isle of Wight Limited shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.
We respect your privacy. The information that you give us is retained by us and will never be transferred to third parties unless you agree otherwise.
Your email address may be used to supply you with information about Made on the Isle of Wight or special offers from the company that may interest you.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please inform us within 24 hours and return the item to us within 7 days from the date of receiving your order and we will provide a refund or exchange. Shipping costs are excluded.
Claims will not be accepted for damages, shortages or packing errors unless they are reported within 2 working days of receipt of goods.
To return goods please contact us via email at info@madeonisleofwight.com and inform us of your plans to return your item(s) to us and take your parcel to your nearest post office. Goods are returned to Made on the Isle of Wight at your own expense and risk. We recommend that you send the returns by Special or Recorded delivery depending on the value of the item(s) and ensure you retain proof of postage. Goods should be returned to:

You will be notified by email once returned goods have been received by us and the refund processed.
Please note that items brought as presents can only be refunded to the original cardholder.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Returned products must be in new, unused and in unworn condition with all the original packaging and product tags still attached. New and unused means that there are no marks on the item, or any wear on the tags. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases the item will be returned to the purchaser. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size please return the item to us as above. We will ship your alternative size once we have received your returned merchandise. If the alternative size is unavailable we will inform you and credit your card.
Indemnity
You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your shopping account and/or your Personal Information.;

A large number of items on this Website are produced as works of art and as ‘one-off’ items. We cannot therefore be held responsible for any change of colour or shape of any object, but will do everything in our power to ensure that the item that you receive closely resembles the photograph on this Website.
